We would like to inform you of the rules that apply when you book and / or staying at the Inn C. Dickens .
If no special agreement is reached , the following rules apply ; also internationally recognized .
For group bookings , special rules apply .
Booking and confirmation
An order is binding once it has been confirmed . This can be done orally or in writing , such via e-mail.
You and the Inn C. Dickens ‘ has thus come to an agreement .
Some possibilities for canceling However , see “Cancellation and no show”.
When ordering, you are required to provide your name , address , date of arrival and departure , and method of payment .
To book a room at the Inn C. Dickens ‘ you must be 18 years. Guests who book the room for a minor is liable regardless of whether you live or do not live with the minor in the room.
Arrival and departure
The hotel room is at your disposal from at . 15:00 arrival.
Departure date you must leave the room at the latest . 12:00 .
The room is reserved for arrival until . 18:00. Will you later , you have to guarantee your reservation with a credit card. If you can not guarantee your late arrival or not prepaid your stay , we will cancel your reservation at . 18:00 on day of arrival .
Cancellation and no-show
The following rules apply:
Cancellation must be made at the latest . 18:00 day of arrival
For guaranteed / prepaid bookings. If you fail to attend without canceling or canceled after this time . 18:00 day of arrival , you must pay for one night .
If we have incurred costs in respect of your order , you must pay them.
Departure before the agreed period ( early departure )
Have you ordered for a specific period of time but depart earlier may result in price adjustments . Contact reception and announce departure.
Departure date you must , as above, leave the room at the latest . 12:00 not charged extra.
Otherwise, the same rules for cancellation , see above.
If you stay with us indefinitely and extend your stay by one day at a time , you should notify your departure at the latest . 12:00 departure. Otherwise, you have to pay for an extra day.

If we can no longer allow you to use the room you have the right to know this at the latest . 18.00 the day before departure .
If we can not give you room by appointment , you are entitled to no additional cost to an equivalent or better room in the hotel or on the hotel of equivalent standard .
Your own preferences
Please specify any preferences when you order, so you are sure that we are properly equipped and can prepare for your arrival in the best way . If we can not meet your requirements and we will contact you.
All our rooms are non-smoking. In violation of the smoking ban , we charge the cost of laundry detergents etc.
If you wish to bring a pet , please make this clear when ordering room.
Food (breakfast )
If you have special needs regarding diet ( gluten-free , lactose -free , etc.) , you should notify them when booking.
The general rule is that the hotel bill will be paid when you get it , usually on arrival.
Credit cards, checks and coupons
We accept most common credit cards.
We are not obliged to accept credit cards , checks, coupons or foreign currency , if we have not offered us to do so.
Payment may, if agreed, be invoiced . Customary credit check is done before appointment.
When invoicing , payment shall be received no later than 10 days from the invoice date .
If payment is a reminder charge and the statutory interest rate out .
We reserve the right to say no to billing at times we find it necessary.
Storage of valuables and luggage
The hotel is entitled by law to , as security for a claim against the guest, retain luggage and in some cases , according to fixed rules, even to sell it.
Never leave luggage unattended in the lobby or other public places within the building.
We can store your luggage in a locked trunk .
We offer storage with enhanced security as a service , but never take responsibility for the submitted .
Is your property by unusually high value, you are obliged to inform us of this when you leave your luggage or other property for safekeeping.
We have no obligation to keep property that is of high value.
We have no strict liability for the property you keep in your hotel room.
However, should it turn out that we or our employees have acted recklessly or negligently or otherwise , the liability of the property being lost , we are responsible for the lost / stolen property.
Your own safety
Always find out where the emergency exits , alarm buttons and fire extinguishers are located. This information is available on the inside of your hotel room door and the front desk.
SHR, together with Swedish Fire Protection Association has produced information leaflet “Hotel Safety” . Read it! for your own safety.
If you find flaws in security, we ask you to promptly notify the front desk.
SHR of Responsibility – extra security
For all hotels for the damage caused by negligence on the hotel page is replaced . But you are also the customer responsible for damage that you or your guests caused in the hotel.
When it comes to handling disputes between hotel and customer , there is an important difference between hotels that are members of the SHR, the Swedish Hotel and Restaurant Association, and other hotels. The SHR is in fact a Committee of Responsibility , whose decisions SHR ‘s member companies agreed to comply . Liability Its composition ensures a qualified and objective investigation of the dispute. SHR ‘s Disciplinary therefore means extra security for those who choose to stay at a hotel that is a member of SHR .

We belonging SHR doing everything we can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We work with good engineering ethics and good business practices. No business becomes a member of SHR without examination and set up in this work.
